Description:
The GE IS215VCMIH2CB serves as a basic diagnostic module for monitoring high-pressure control valves (HP CV) and medium-pressure control valves (IP CV). Its 5kHz sampling rate meets valve status monitoring requirements and proactively detects LVDT sensor failures through position feedback drift detection (>0.2% warning).
In SIL2-rated systems, a valve fault alarm is automatically triggered when a servo valve current loss (lasting >100ms) is detected, preventing control failure.
